Carabeillo beach<\/h2>\n

You will go down some stairs that are bordered by a cliff.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a very nice beach because it\u2019s calm and the vegetation transports you to a tropical island you could see in a magazine. That said, although it is one of the closest\u00a0beaches to the town center<\/strong>\u00a0the facilities here are almost non-existent.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Carabeo beach<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”177″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]A small beach, only 120m long. You can access this beach through an alleyway found on the pedestrian part of Carabeo street. I must say that it\u2019s one of the busiest\u00a0beaches<\/strong>, and here you can rent sunbeds and there are showers and a lifeguard tower.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Chorrillo beach<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”180″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]A beach made up of three smaller beaches which are accessible from both sides (Calahonda beach and Carabeo beach). I reccomend the Calahonda access because this way you can walk down the popular stairs next to the\u00a0Balcon de Europa<\/a><\/strong>, through the\u00a0Calahonda<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0hole in the wall.<\/p>\n

Out of all the\u00a0beaches\u2019s Nerja<\/strong>\u00a0this is the best one for snorkeling because there is plenty of marine life.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Calahonda beach<\/h2>\n

This is because it is located next to the famous\u00a0Balc\u00f3n de Europa<\/strong>. It\u2019s a beautiful beach that was made famous by the tv series \u201cVerano Azul\u201d.<\/p>\n

To access this beach you must go through the\u00a0Calahonda<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0hole in the wall, which just so happens to be one of the most photographed places in town.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

La Caletilla<\/h2>\n

This beach can also be found next to the\u00a0Balc\u00f3n de Europa<\/strong>\u00a0and to access this beach you will have to go through the hole in the wall at\u00a0Calahonda<\/strong>\u00a0and instead of stopping and\u00a0Calahonda beach<\/strong>, just continue along the promenade.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

El Sal\u00f3n beach<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”178″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”link_image” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]An old fishermen beach which nowadays is full of Spanish tourists. For me, it\u2019s one of the most charming\u00a0beaches<\/strong>\u00a0you will find in the area. This is because you can still see the fishing boats on the beach and the fishermen\u2019s houses are still on the side of the beach, houses which they use as summer houses. To access this beach you must go down the alleyway you can find close to the Salvador church, next to the Toboso apartments.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

La Torrecilla<\/h2>\n

One of the most popular tourist nerja\u2019s beaches\u00a0which is not surprising because since 2006 this beach has won the\u00a0Q for Tourist Quality<\/strong>\u00a0and receives the\u00a0blue flag<\/strong>\u00a0(seal of quality) year after year.
